Seriously, I wonder if switching lubricant suppliers could have anything to do with it. Could it be possible that the properties of the Castrol are different enough from the Mobil that the new oil is not allowing the air to separate out? I read a few rumors that the issue has to due with oil aeration/trapped air being picked up by the pump.
