"I don't want my team to maximize the resources it has available to obtain points towards the championship after Nico beat me"
That's sure gonna be interesting if RB or anyone else are closer to Merc. If Ham won't tow the company line who knows what Merc might do. Could end up with a Multi 21 situation.
So here's another 1. Lots of cool **** out there today. Mountain wave clouds. Short description -> Wind blowing across terrain with stable air in place
Detailed description:
Recent satellite showing whole lots of wave clouds...
Flying through mountain waves can be interesting. Got our *** kicked by one recently.
Mrs. Greyout and I breaking ground on a new home, in a new development. Very exciting.
Mostly, I am excited because my street contains Eau Rouge. I'm thinking of presenting a case to the HOA that the ribbon curbs would look much better with red & white stripes.

Congrats and my advice is just paint the curbs on your own one night. Easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission lol.

We're about 3 months from getting serious on our house search but this house that just popped up has me considering doing something really stupid (putting an offer in on a house with 6 months left on our rental lease). It's the right size in the right location well within our budget... and already has the garage I'm planning to build.
What part of Austin is that? Thought all the space was gone awhile ago.
Way out in Liberty Hill. Leander / Cedar Park / Liberty Hill is growing SO FAST. It's a looong commute to the airport, but A) no one wants to live near the airport and B) I don't make the drive every day.
We weren't really ready, but when the lot became available I felt like we had to, because opportunities to buy empty lots are few & far between in Austin. As soon as a development opens up, builders swarm it and want to buy the whole development up.
Yesterday, we were out at the lot, and a builder came up to talk to our guy, asking if he had any leads on lots available for sale, because he can't find any.
I am SO EXCITED about my garage. 1480ish sqft of climate-controlled garage space. Room for the daily drivers, a little workout area, and a place to wrench on a race car.
Edit: That is a great garage space! I love the lighting. Can never have too many lights in the garage (as long as they're on their own circuit )

Closing is usually around 45 - 60 days once you get a contract ratified. You could negotiate a closing for 6 mo out if you really like the place. No telling what position the seller is in a this point, but they might go for it.

1) Jesus that is far! Haha. Might as well use 130 and just pay the toll to keep your sanity with traffic. The area around the airport is mehhhhhhhh so good call on that.
2) No kidding on development in the Austin-metro. It's insane.

We went to the open house there today and it sounds like the owners haven't found a new place yet so they might be open to a longer closing. We weren't really in love with the rest of the house though so I don't know how far we'll pursue it.
