Update for my HTF1 peeps:
Home inspection went well. House will need a radon mitigation system, but I'm requesting the seller do that; other than that the inspector was impressed. All work seems well done, structure is :100: :fire: emoji.
As long as he agrees to radon mitigation system & appraisal goes well, closing will be in a month or so. Already window shopping new fixtures to bring up to blu spec.

Gonna take him 3-5 years if you look at what he said in an interview released months ago. I wonder if he will pretty much work on undoing most of the changes for 2017.
Guess it depends what they want. I'm not sure how close they can make the racing. Aero can't be unlearned and if you start pulling wings and other aero stuff off the car you go backward as far as the F1 image and being a tech series. Maybe a spec active suspension that can alter the car's pitch as they get closer to another car to maintain downforce levels could work, but would that be considered artificial, like DRS?
Of course this assumes Todt and the FIA allow the changes that Ross suggests...

NASCAR needs at least 2 moar real road courses on the schedule and I don't mean rovals either. Real road courses. Also need to go back to N. Wilkesboro and someone needs to build a new short track in the shape that Richmond used to be. Also need to go back to Rockingham. That's only for starters. Lots moar issues need to be resolved too.
Local kid who races at the same track I do is headed to F3 with Carlin. P cool. He's already met Nico Rosberg

F4 US champion Cameron Das signs with Carlin in BRDC F3

Stewards to be more lenient with F1 driver collisions
This seems reasonable, but will it work? I hope so.

So Hungry, what's was Hungry Jr's favorite part of the day? I'm loving the pic of him with the Testarosa. You playing Tubbs to his Crockett all day?
