95 Honda Accord can't figure out the name to this thing offer an aftermarket one?

 

The steering column support beam? I would wager no aftermarket company offers one for almost any car on the planet, let alone a 1995 Accord. If you're looking for something different, typically it'd have to be custom-made for a hidden structural element like that.
