Not sure what FelipeBabe was paid last year but it's been rumoured he was offered 5 million pounds for 2017. Not sure who would foot that salary if he accepts though I bet most if not all would be by Mercedes, or Williams would get a discount on engines.

You're all underestimating the Fin. He's far from flashy, but he is quick and reliable. I can see why Merc would want him for a #2, but he might bring a bigger challenge to Hambonz than expected. Hope he gets the opportunity.
