You can download a service manual for free and use the wire color codes to identify the plugs.

EG6, would that be the same JDM EG6 with all the extras like rear cargo box, right hand drive, rear seat side arm rest compartments etc etc?

This one is the rear speaker plug, on the JDM EG6 it would be the nice gathers speakers.

OEM connector for trailer hitch

****, tricky one. I think something for ABS?

Not original wiring. Looks like something for an aftermarket door lock actuator.

Check-engine light connector/diagnostic connection.

Heated seat connector I think ... wire colours aren't correct for the seat belt light.

Rear speaker connector

Both blue and grey connectors are for the heated seat wiring, there is a switch in the centre console for this if the car had this feature. There is only one switch if the car also has the headlight adjusters, which it does.

Top one is for headlight washers switch, bottom one is for heated seat relay I'm guessing, or else the horn relay if the car has SRS.
