I have a 94 4 door imtegra gsr and replaced pretty much EVERYTHING 2 years ago.. new OEM cv axles, new in box integra type r transmission with oem lsd, with upgraded new oem 4.785 final drive upgrade installed by synchrotech ,front lca mugen rubber bushings, skunk2 camber kits, rear function 7 lca, koni yellow with ground control 380ft lb rates, hasport rear motor mount, oem itr torque mounts, oem side motor mounts etc... been driving like a dream until....
About 2 weeks ago i was driving 40-45mph and ran over a 4inch x 4inch 4inch block of wood.. it was either that or hit the cars next to me or get rear ended.. anyway, i bent my front driver side wheel on the inside lip. It was a lightweight 8.7lb forged aluminum regamaster evo wheel with 205/50/15 federl rsr 140 treadwear sticky tire.. so i took off all my wheels and put some oem LS Mesh with 195/50/15 falken all seasons that i had bought with tires on craigslist a year ago..
I Went on a 100mile trip and my car drives straight as can be, the alignment was definitely not affected; however, if i get on the throttle its almost as if i can feel a MINOR vibration from about 4k-6k rpm. Its not bad at ALL, but seems like i can feel it..
I swapped front driver side and front passenger wheels a little while ago so ill drive it tomorrow to see if it changes anything..
Not sure if the ls mesh need balanced or if the front driver cv axle is damaged?
If the problem still persists tomorrow after a drive, i have a spare set of regamasters with new tires that i had mounted & balanced about 2 years ago and only drove them for about 20 miles since new at the track at buttonwillow, ill throw those on and see if the problem is still there..
Just curious tho, what are the chances that the front driver cv axle is damaged from running over that block of wood?

Not very high at all. If your car makes a loud clicking when turning the wheel all the way one way while going through a corner then your cv joint is damaged. No click, no worries.
Ditto the above, more likely the rims and tires you installed need balancing, [vibration at certain speeds] a damaged axel you would feel at any speed and damaged CV would be notice when turning. 94
