The rotor is closest to the post top and towards firewall.
That plug leads to cylinder #1.

Your belt does not have any slack. You're not at top dead center according to the cam and it's nearly impossible to see the markings on the harmonic balancer without removing the top motor mount. Even then you'll be lucky if yours still has a marking on it.

The back of the pulley is obscured by the belt, but i can see the markings on front part. From what i can tell, the gun sight is little inside of the last marking.
Sorry, can't get a good angle for the picture.

Thought it was TDC, isn't it? If not, Which way should i turn? What can I do about the slack info the belt?

If you can't see the rear mark on the cam pulley, then the cam is not set perfectly at TDC1.

Your picture shows the top element of the pointer. There's a second lower element (^) that must also align with the "last marking" in your pic.

The red mark is actually the center mark in the group of three.

The distributor appears to be installed correctly.

So I should half circle turn the pulley ?

It's nearly impossible to find top dead center based on the alignment marks because you can never view the cam gear at a level angle.

See behind the white paint mark on my belt there is a dash on the head that says pc2, yeah it's that dash for cam alignment on the right side of the cam

Based on your belts tension around the cam gear your timing has not jumped.

You can not incorrectly clock the distributor, it only fits into the head at one direction otherwise the bolts don't line up to bolt the dizzy down. The camshaft on the dizzy side has an indentation that does not allow it to be installed incorrectly

It will help to remove all spark plugs to do the procedure below.

Turn the crank pulley again CCW to locate the rear mark. This way you know what to look for.

Continue to turn the crank pulley until it is almost at TDC1. From there turn the crank very tiny increments CCW just until you see the rear mark nearest the front of the car align with the top of the head.

Now look down at the crank pulley by positioning yourself to see both pointer elements align. Is the white mark also aligned with them?

Hope the markings show

If the alternator belt obscures your view of the pointer and white mark, remove the belt.

The two gray arrows mark the two elements of the pointer that must align. The required position of your eye is also shown.

Hope this is better picture. Does the timing look off?
BTW the plugs are loose kept there to prevent anything getting in there.

It only reaches top dead center every 6 rotations of the crank. You have to keep turning until all 3points line up, not just one.

You need to remove the PS and AC belts to remove the alternator belt. It looks like somebody installed the wrong belt (too wide) for the alternator.

Don't have right size tool to get the alternator bolt loose, too big for the tight spot. The combination wrench too short to get a good purchase.

The mount nut is 14mm and the lock bolt is 12mm.

Can barely reach and then not enough length to apply force.

Use a 12mm open end or box wrench from the top side of engine bay. This requires some patience.

A 12mm ratcheting wrench makes it easy.

You must also loosen the 14mm mounting nut (from below car). Removing the splash shield would help.

Btw your cam seal has a really bad leak. But we shall save that job for after you get the car running.

Agree. Didn't want to muddy the water by bringing that up yet

I believe this is the second pointer you were referring to, it was covered in grime and dirt.
That is the view from top. Is that about right?

That's nearly there, now post a picture of the cam gear. The 2 marks on the cam need to be at their marks and the crank pulley needs to be at its mark for the car to be correctly considered "in time"

Looks good.

How does the rear mark on the cam pulley look?
