Default 2 B series vtec valve cover ITR and a modified B16 one
2 different valve covers. One is OE ITR un modified
Other is a cut with breather ports

Does the modified one come with that hardware as well? What do you mean it's 'cut'?

Comes with the hardware you see. Cut where the timing belt cover would typically be. Allows for cam gear adjustment.
