I'm planning to do a few more videos eventually and also upgrade to Tein's coils sitting in my living room soon.
RE: 6MT conversion -
I would say heck yeah its worth it. Being that MT Elements have a very similar gear ratio to the RSX-S & Civic SI (in regards of 1st-5th, R, and Final Drive), cruising in 5th @ 70mph nets my RPMs around 3400!! Others have noted that after installing a 6th (or doing a tranny swap for FWD cars), 70mph is closer to 2700-2800 RPMs. Either way, I'd be happy with just that! Even though the MT gear ratios are way shorter than AT versions, I'm very glad Honda opted to do that (despite the poorer MPGs) as I've always been pretty pleased how well my car accelerates for such a heavy (~3440 lbs!), NA, 4cylinder vehicle. Just very thankful Honda builds such quality stuff with their parts catalog being so interchangeable as well to the people who pioneered doing this conversion!
