Erryone in NC overreacted to a day 5 forecast. Tip, track forecast error with this storm at day 5 has been something like 250 miles don't even get me started on how difficult intensity forecast is at day 3 let alone day 5. If they had waiting 1 moar day they would have had much better information.
FL, GA, SC shud be worried, though that curve and increasing shear gonna take a bite outta the storm so northern SC coast prolly gonna be ok. NC should be in the clear, well other than us getting another foot of rain. Someone turn off the fawcett already.
Worst part about this ******* storm is I am scheduled to work midnights. I was gonna watch F1 on NBCSN if my shift Sat night was quiet but now that ain't gonna happen. I hope NBCSN is reairing it sometime Sun before I have to go to work Sun night. Bastards...
Just looked and those dickbags at NBC are reairing it at 1900 Sun. I guess they don't want to take away eyes from their precious NASCAR coverage. Wonderful. That's the time I leave for work Sun night. ********.

Honda given extra token boost by FIA
A spokesperson for Honda said: “We had applied to the FIA for two tokens, one for the engine block and one for lightweight exhaust.“The FIA has come back to us in Malaysia that the engine block is related to reliability, therefore it was not necessary for us to submit token use.”

We've had just under 16 inches of rain since 9/1 and on track to get another foot or so with this storm. 30 inches of rain in a month and a half lol.

Sauber to use 2016 Ferrari engine in 2017
Sauber will keep using Ferrari's 2016 engine in its new car for 2017, it emerged on Friday.
Auto Motor und Sport revealed the news, even though the Swiss team's financial troubles ended earlier this year with a buyout.
But it appears the decision has been made by the Monisha Kaltenborn-led team on the basis of the delayed 2017 car project.
"Sauber's engine choice makes sense," said correspondent Michael Schmidt."The dimensions of the engine are all known to the engineers, and there are rumours the Swiss team could become the first Honda customer from 2018." For Sauber, its 2017 engine will still be 'new' to the team, as the unit currently being used is an earlier 2016 Ferrari spec.
What will be in the 2017 car will be the latest 2016 specification, which was debuted by the factory Ferrari team at Monza.
