Or that your cylinders were flooded with fuel.

Does engine now start after adding oil to the cylinders?

First few rotations it sounds like its about to but i guess once the oil seal is lost it goes back to cranking and spitting flames down the header

Did you recheck compression after the last no start?

Sounds like the mechanical timing is off by a tooth or two.

Are any of the fuel injectors stuck open?

Compression does not seem to be the problem. Are you unplugging the fuel injectors or the distributor connector when you do the compression tests?

Did you post pictures of the cam and crank at TDC1?

Have you checked for spark? Is it weak or absent?

Not easy to take pictures but i have the cam and crank at TDC verified by cam markings and screwdriver in cylinder 1. Harmonic balancer markings are right where the marking on the oil pump is, i used a light to shine down and verify

And at this point it's critical that you post pictures verifying the mechanical timing.

The cam timing marks must align with the top of the head. It's hard to tell from the pics, but the cam timing looks to be off. You also need a lower timing belt cover.

Use the cam marks on the rear of the pulley to check alignment.

There are potential problems with mixing OBD2a and OBD2b wire harnesses.

Would a potential problem be a no start?

The timing belt needs to be replaced. It looks very worn and may have previously jumped teeth.

Describe exactly what you did to get the cam and crank at TDC1.

Are any CEL codes thrown?

Does the tachometer work?

When was the last time you checked for spark?

Post pics of the plug wire firing order on the distributor cap.

Do you have the lower timing belt cover?

It does look worse with a hd camera phone. I turned the crank ccw and had a screwdriver in #1 and once it reached the peak of travel i stopped, and by this time i used my harmonic pulley removal tool to take off the damper and voila. Only had to move the crank a liittle more ccw to line it with the marking on the oil pump
