Default Cruise Control Stopped Working?

95 Honda Civic EX Coupe with Automatic Trans.
It worked just fine up until now. Basically what happened was while driving down my street (cruise control off) the car randomly died. I found out that it was a loose connection to the fuel pump and repaired it. However since that happened When I press the cruise control switch on the dash the green light doesn't turn on and cruise control won't work. I think perhaps a hot wire from the fuel pump connection that came loose may have caused a short somewhere because the AGS (15A fuse) was also blown. I tested the circuit on the switch for continuity and power and found out that the light green wire no longer has power when the ignition is switched on. The 12v constant and other wires are okay though. I wonder if something happened to the cruise control module? I found some good information for the wiring at this website. OEM Cruise Control Swap

So the light green wire goes from the cruise control module to the Cruise Switch AND Brake Switch. I noticed that the light for the shifter in the center console also stopped working so I'm not sure if that is related. Where is this brake switch?

Which CC light does not turn on -- switch or cluster?

Both lights don't turn on. Also I noticed the dimmer switch isn't working. I'm not 100% sure but I think they wire into the same unit under the dash. I'll have to find a diagram and check the circuit.

The Lt Grn wire should only be hot when the CC switch is turned on and the key is in ON(II).

Does the Blk/Yel wire in the switch connector have battery voltage when the key is in ON(II)?

The black/yellow wire appears to be a constant 12v which seems odd when looking at the diagram since the blue/red or white/green should be the constant. I have an aftermarket remote start wired in so I wonder if that might have something to do with it showing a constant 12v?

Check the wiring. Clearly the Blk/Yel should only have voltage with the key in ON(II).

And if the Blk/Yel wire has voltage, then the voltage should be transmitted to the Lt Grn wire when the CC switch is turned on.
