Well the temp wasn't hot, hit 80s some of the time. I was in Dubois, WY. I'm sitting in Jackson, WY airport waiting to board the plane. Was ******* cold at night. Low to mid 30s some of the time.

Most of those ecosystems need fire as part of the process. Just if it burns too hot the soil is ruined and takes a lot longer for life to return. I have a feeling the area in the first pic my be that way. The soil color makes me think it's nuked.

The airport is really really nice and clean. The view is amazing but I'll tell you what. The best part of that airport is the people working there. Nicest staff I have ever come across and I mean erryone. No surly TSA folks, pleasant counter ladies and gentelmen, and even the peeps workin in the stores were pleasant.

The town of Jackson is great. I hit a couple bars and then stumbled back to my hotel. Bartender at 2nd bar I hit was going to climb to the Grand Teton the next day. He said it's actually rather easy if you have a guide like him. Something I think would be awesome. The view has ot to be spectacular. I'll post moar pics when I get them off my phone.

Anyone know of a way I can watch the MGP race? Sounds titillating.
