If I remember correctly, this plane had a compromised rear pressure bulkhead that was repaired less than perfectly after a rather brutal tail strike.

This accident also brought to light the lopsided flight-hour-to-cycle-ratio of far eastern airlines that use widebody, long haul aircraft like regional airliners.
