What's the brace attached to the front lca called?
The fsm doesn't say what they call it, it's similar to a radius arm in some setups but not quite.
The bushing on mine is broken, having a hard time finding a replacement since I don't kno what to search for.. most front lca's are just the lca..
It's what attaches the rear of the front lca to the sub frame.
Thanks.

Thanks for the link, I just picked up ES front lca bushings for now, 60 cad for the kit, somlike 45 usd.. could barely afford that right now, and 70 usd (probably 140 cad after exchange rate, shipping, duties, taxes) for just the compliance is more, lol
heard good things about the hardrace tho will probably use them on the RTA at least.
Seems like an age old debate hard rubber vs oem vs poly and everyone has their opinions. Some people say poly is great. Some say it's great but it squeaks. Some say it will outlast oem, others say oem lasts longer. Some say hard rubber is best. I could see hard rubber being probably better for most spots personally but that's just an educated guess.
Hopefully I'll like the ES bushings. Only got the front lca bushings so far though, so I can use others elsewhere. More so, I just want my problem fixed more than an upgrade at this point but both at the same time is nice.

Let me know how it goes, how do they compare to the hardrace ones? What made you decide to switch? Bad experience? Specific driving style or car use?
Are you doing everything? RTA too? That one looks like a b*tch to replace (stock one at least and es requires you reuse the dogbone)

The RTA is the only bushing you don't want a solid bushing in which the poly all are.
All the other bushings can be ES without issues but I would actually use polybushing lube from polybushings.com
polyurethane lube
Their lube is supposed to be much better than the lube you get from ES.
The other area that solid rubber or poly is rough as can be is in the mounts, all the motor and tranny mounts as well as the torque dampers on each side. Stay away from any solid mounts.
If you want one solid hard rubber mount, the back transmission mount is the least evil I've been told. It stiffens up the motor for launch with the least amount of vibration transfer into the cab.
Cheers.
