Hey guys! Picked up this one for 600 in Irvine from a college kid that burned the engine out...no oil. This is the first import ive had since 2009. Now being a husband and a father i wanted to work on a sedan this go around to keep it family friendly. Just received the d15b engine a few days ago so ill keep you updated with progress pics.

Depending on how fast you need that car running. You could clean up the bay and swap before is installed. If you haven't planned that yet.

Antenna block off plate. Old one was ashy and cracked.
Muteki open steel lugs to replace the tin metal my little pony lugs. They literally stripped while taking them off.

Thx 1 point 6! You should get it. Hands down the smoothest setup ive had. No notchy shifts just buttery smooth. Absolutely no regrets. Thx for naming the color for me btw. My neighbor asked me the color the other day and all i could say was...faded. Lol

A friend is giving me a set of tires that are practically bnib. Spent almost a year prepping his ride for buttonwillow and his flywheel grenaded 3 turns in. Its been on mothballs evber since so i scored em for the low cost of tearing thru his garage to locate em...evict the squirrels that are probably using them for an f shack...then have em mounted and balanced.

Napa 641-2791 studs for o6 acura tl. 3/8 of an inch longer than standard civic lugs. Should be perfect for the Mutekis i already have. Previous owner impacted lugs on the front that have a different pitch and completely destroyed the studs. Now i have the front 8 to fix all that.

New stud compared to the old chewed up studs.
Installed photo. Im very happy. If you looking for a cheap alternative for extended lugs i bought all 8 for under 20 bucks.

Hey guys! Been a while but I havent forgotten my build. Got new tires on the track R's. Federal 595 rs double R 205/50R15 200 treadwear rating.
I cant wait to get these on the sedan. Sorry for the pause but was dealing with health issues that sidelined the build for awhile. Back on it now to complete it.

Decided to handle vc today.
Sanded briefly on the high spots then rubbed it down with alcohol. Once dry i taped off and started painting. 4 coats total. 2 light initial followed by 2 heavier coats roughly 40mins apart. No runs or fisheyes. In hindsight wish i could have sanded more but overall happy with the end result.

Dx trans finally removed.
Dx flywheel. Resurfacing soon.
Harness off the b7. Keeping it in the event that the other harness has any sketchy wiring issues. In the future i want to swap over a rywire harness and be done with it.
Saying goodbye to the b7. Scrap guy picking up today.
