It gave me a half chub, not gonna lie. And I almost rear ended a car staring. The uber rare stuff is all that does it for me now. Hell a Lambo, Ferrari dealer is around the corner from my job. I see 6 figure cars during lunch everyday. The parking lot in my building is much the same.

Hell no lol. Very high chance I will lease it tbh. But that's another reason why I want to wait till the refresh, let them hash out the teething issues first.

Well I didn't get a Fit! I picked up an '06 Acura TL 6speed manual from a friend's dad. I've known about the car for a while and told him if he ever wanted to sell I'd take it. He took it to a dealership and they offered him $4500. He had his son call me and I told him I'd give him $5k. Checked out the car, had mechanic check car, gave him money and he signed it over. Took under 2 hours haha. Car has 100k and is pretty much mint. I'm the second owner and have receipts for every maintenance from the first oil change. I feel like this was a great purchase for someone of my age. Now time to go hunting for my first set of 5 lug wheels!

I will post pics if it ever stops raining here. It's deep blue, not sure on color name and no it is not an a spec. Will be upgrading to the a spec kit in time. Then some nice wheels and an intake. Maybe sway bars if it still is still too soft after the a spec suspension. It's so awesome to have heated power seats and 6 gears lol. And even reverse is synchronized haha. Also the torque from the j series is crazy compared to a 4 banger

Nice pick up. IIRC the timing belt service is 120k miles on those and is a pain in the dick (or expensive to have someone else do) so be prepared for that.

You found a low mile EF and a cheap TL within a week? Can I contract you for my car search when VW buys back the Jetta?

Sometimes you just get lucky and I guess it was my turn, I wouldn't mind those type s wheels. I'm gonna shop around, I have an old family friend who has bought some really nice wheels for auto cross on their various cars. Never looked his 5 lug stuff before. My dad is uber jealous he always wanted a type s but when he bought his pilot he just needed a bigger car. And the timing belt has already been done

I will try and get pics tomorrow. Might be interested in winter tires. Will have to think about it after I make a few dollars this summer
