Thanks for the welcome. We just had Kyalami revamped by new owners PORSCHE. It sounds as if they are interested in hosting F1 there again (maybe more than 6 cars will finish this time) or the thought of having a street race in Cape Town. Still rumours though.

 

I would love to watch a race in South Africa. And welcome to the HTF1 thread, home of Fit's, sarcasm, and Outrun

 

Back from California. Haven't watched the race yet so I'm not reading any posts in here (due to the fear that I'll stumble across the 10 posts related to this weeks F1 race in this thread).

BFG/Michelin/Mazda are great people. I'll post some pictures in the next day or two.

Little 3 body scatter spike action!

 

looks like a radar's butthole.

No not the radar in the bottom of the pic lol.

I'm talking about the storm under the cursor. It has a 3 body scatter spike or hail spike. The radar beam hits a hail core in the storm, is reflected to the ground, then reflected back up to the hail in the storm and finally reflected back to the radar. The radar is fooled into thinking there is a feature farther away and because only a very small portion of the energy is returned to the radar it appears weaker.

 

Went to my Dr today for a physical (because old) and she had a smokin' hot Med student assistant with her today who was a dead ringer for Naomi Woods - but with a larger rack. I wish I had some steamy story to tell, but the closest I got was when the med student was checking my glands she asked the dr how to feel for the thyroid so the two chicks took turns pawing all over my neck. I was told I have a nice thyroid... (that's code for ***** I think)
