98 civic - Fuse #44 blows when key is turned to on
Code 70 is a general auto transmission code. The ECU is for an auto trans, but you likely have a manual trans.

I will look up in how to check if my motor has ckf sensor. I believe that sensor is I the oil pump?

My motor does not have it and it also does not have the ckf code 54 that's weird.

Do you see any wire modification in the distributor connector?
Can you locate the unused CKF connector on the rear side of the block near the alternator?

Do this test:
Turn key off.
Unplug ECU connector C.
Test for continuity between pins C1 and C4 in unplugged ECU connector C.
Test for continuity between pins C11 and C14 in unplugged ECU connector C.
What do you find?

This is so weird motor ran perfectly before I pulled the motor.
I assume the CEL works because code 70 is thrown.
Jump the service connector. Does only code 70 show up? Let CEL blink until code 70 repeats.
