When the ECU connectors are plugged into the the ECU, pins B1 and B2 are located adjacent to pins A25 and A26. Does this help?

Okay. The two black wires where you removed insulation are pins B15 and B16.
Use a multimeter to test for continuity between B15 and OBD2a C2 or B16 and OBD2a C12.
