Default incorrect exhaust rocker arm installation

Hi there
I have a 1991 d16a6 engine, recently replaced the head gasket and valve stem seals. I also intended to clean up rocker arm assembly but by mistake I installed exhaust rocker arm incorrectly (the position mark was on the left) Then when I start the engine I heard friction sound then immediatly stopped the engine. I found oil did not reach to camshaft. I removed the rocker assembly and corrected my mistake then installed it back. . When I start the engine again friction sound. I checked the oil flow exist, intake rocker shafts were full of oil. And pressure is looking Ok, oil splashing everywhere in the head when I looking through
oil fill hole oil fill hole
. What would be the problem. Thank you!

How did you install them incorrectly?

The exhaust arms on a PM3 are offset something like .060-.080 from their centerline. I'd think it would still operate the valves just with a ton of sideload on the guides.

Friction sound is too vague.

Take some pictures of your valve train assembly.

I have a 1991 Civic Si with a d16a6, here's a few photos of what it should look like.

Sorry I was not clear. There is a mark on the exhaust rocker shaft and it has to be on the right but mine was on the left that is why The oil flow holes of the exhaust rocker arm was blocked by the camshaft holders therefore oil did not reach to the camshaft for a very short time. Please check below link for better understanding it is Fig. Fig. 3

As I said I found the mistake corrected but nothing changed. I lubricated all the parts before installation. It seems that oil can stand for couple of second then friction sound starts again. There is powerful oil flow on the head except camshaft and its bearings. where do I make mistake? I use torque wrench for all the bolts. I will try to take pictures tomorrow. I appreciated you support Thank you!!
