You're right. Race cars should have gangster LED arrays
Those were more than double the weight of stock, but endurance car so necessary.
Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 3
Here I am again, back in a sedan. Can't wait to play with this car. A total virgin-ish. I was looking for a EX or LX daily, and came across this EX AT. Completely stock. She's not the best out there, not as clean as my last but one day she will be. Plus the price was a steal.
My wife was home to accept delivery of the car, she claimed it runs and sounds strong. When I got home I gave the car a once over; fixed a misfire, simple to. It was a damaged spark plug wire and incorrect firing order. The bad part was they had it labeled correctly on the dizzy and still messed up LOL. She purred nicely after that.

DBLQPRL #2 LOL......for now just drive and procure some parts. I miss my old ferio so much I will attempt to recreate it, give or take a few changes. I never buy the same thing twice but obviously that one left a everlasting impact. I wish the guy Jeff that bought it would send me my damn custom plates back! hehe. That would be so dope, so fitting for pt.2. I didn't want him to drive from socal to nor cal w/out plates, so I left them on the car.

Whats up fellas. Been a while since I posted. Got a couple new pieces recently:
- BNIB OEM bra + fender pieces
- OEM painted grill to replace broken chrome surround grill
- replica SiR lip because $300 for a lip is too rich for my blood
Hoping to have some money saved in a couple more months for some suspension and wheels. Right now, I'm somewhat undecided for wheels.. not sure if I want something like a set of RPF1s or 6ULs, or something more like Enkei 92s.. but I got time to decide so that's alright. Shoot, maybe I'll pickup the SiR bumpers + EL rear conversion before I do wheels and suspension. I'm just waiting for the good deals / partouts to come by
Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 3
Here's a quick shot of my ride as it stands so far. This last month I recently did quite a bit of mechanical work to keep her up to speed. I had to repair/replace the exhaust from the downpipe back. New motor mounts all around. Rear main seal. Oil pan gasket. Radiator w/hoses. Transmission drain/fill. She's pretty solid at this point.
Sadly, I'll have to hand over the keys in about 3 weeks. My daughter just turned 16 last week and she will be the new driver/caretaker. I've raised her up right though and she should take care of the old '99 sedan very well. She's extremely excited for it to be her car! Although it is 17 yrs. old...I would have loved to have a car this nice for my first car. I'm excited for her too.
You guys have been a big help getting my car in shape. I've enjoyed ya'lls cars and seeing them evolve. I'll be looking for another one soon.
