You can, but many factors come to play, condition of car, trend of the car scene, and parts.
Rare parts, good condition of car, shop name behind it.
Someone putting parts on at home vs a shop who build fast cars comes to play. Parts you use, don't get me wrong advertisement of these companies make people think they are amazing comes play, you have lower end of the parts, Skunk2, BWR, etc.
Look at the market trends, look, at whats for sale, you are demanding money for a rarer car or a different chassis. Your are asking for labor to be included in the parts, I have a built 2.0 ERL block, Carillo rods, Arias pistons, skirts are coated, a motor that cost $4000+ and I be lucky to get what I put in the car back. I wish I could sell my S2000 for what I paid for, I have thought of removing the hardtop and taking less.
You going get a lot hate, its part of the game. Ignored it good luck.

I do think some people need to pick up a dictionary and look up the words negotiable and offer. Thanks again!
I think you should look around at the used Honda market. Primo rides - the ones with tucked bays and built k24s, the ones with 600-1000 whp, the ones that have been restored from the ground up- are going for 10-15k. Bro, no one hates you. This is comical, nothing more. If anything I'm trying to help you. Be realistic. You have a stock internal b series civic with skunk 2 suspension pieces. This is not 2001. By the way, nice car. Seriously. But if you actually want to sell it you're gonna need to be open to offers under 10k.
I guess I need to repeat it once again. I'm open to offers I'll consider removing parts. If the offer is fair I'll take it. This means any offer any number. What I take as a selling price is up to me. So DAmnquickDA How much do you want to give me?
Mechanical work was done by a very reputable shop in the area and tuned by them as well. I didn't make this car to go fast on a straight line. I built this for auto-x. Was never intended to be 1000 hp but it was intended to be reliable.
Anyone can pm me if you like to know who helped me put it together. I will disclose this to serious buyers only. I got all paper work and records.

600-1000whp cars(be jump in power) are going for a lot, one SFWD was asking $27,000. Building SFWD cars aren't cheap or quick.
LOL
You ACTUALLY think j'racing invented the word primo? Primo is slang for premium. Meaning "top of the line" or "the best." When I said primo I meant the nicest built Hondas. Also, there's sfwd cars regularly for sale for less than 20k. Maybe not the fastest or most expensive, but 8-9 second rides nonetheless.

Thread is full of mouth breathers.
J's racing makes the 'Honda Primo' banner you see, but they did not create the Primo term in relation to Hondas.
There is no ACURA brand in Japan. However, Honda dealership carries three major names. Honda Primo, Honda Verno and Honda Clio. Civic is sold at Honda Primo, and Integra, S2000, & NSX are sold at Honda Verno. Honda Clio deals with Accord & Legend.

Nice hatch, it looks like a fun car, but your price is unrealistically high. Its very hard to get back the money you put into a car like this.
My suggestion is to part it out rather then sell it as a whole. You will recoup more money you have into it that way. Not trying to be negative, just offering an honest and constructive suggestion.
Goodluck.
