oddly they're the same height but since the headrest is built in, it looks taller.

You should be able to find a tubing bender pretty cheap from harbor freight. Tube bumpers on a CRV would be pretty cool. Get good at them and you could probably make a decent chunk of change on the side selling them on the side too.

Looks good, Try eBay for some low cost fogs. Another good site would be DIYtrade.com I have done some business off there before and got some pretty good deals. Some place have a minimum order quantity but will allow you to buy a sample of a couple of pieces.

BTW, you know anybody that needs some OEM internals for a rebuild?

From my experience the yellows do excellent in fog but HID I think kinda defeats the purpose. They also weren't as bright as I'd like, I had some 7" yellow HIDs on my dodge 4wd, switched them out to a 5000K after a few days. Now when I drive it and its gonna be foggy I just change out the bulbs.

I was running the standard 35W HID bulbs in mine. This being said it was a light designed for halogen use. I suggestion would be get a nice off-road yellow light about 100 watts and wire them up with relays. Wire them up like in these pictures and you should get a pretty good output. If nothing else just change out the bulbs like I did.

lights came in today. test fitted them to see how much i needed to move the bar around. pretty close as is, bar needs to be moved a little farther forward. kit came with the wiring harness and a relay so we are good on that front. now just time to track down some yellow bulbs
