oh gee, so apperantly fj distributors isnt around anymore? and im having a real hard time finding custom length rods. seeing as how http://p2p0.com/?wpsc-product=ycp-75...ing-rods-combo are out of stock!!! they say that if i use eagle rods the vitara pistons will stick out abit. ive been looking up and all i can find is that people run the eagle/vitara combo with a thick HG. im going to call go-autoworks to see if they can make me rods if i send them the specs on the out of inventory ones. if anyone can find out or knows whatd id have to do to run vitara/eagle with no issues please?

Found a good deal, y7 block with shot peened rods, arp rod bolts, and srp turbo pistons. Only used for about 2k miles. He was asking 350 but for 550 bucks hell swap out block and hes guaranteeing the block and the work.


And just for "recap" this guy is an actual mechanic at a shop not a hot boy

 

the most important part of the build is still ebay...

well your mechanic is a felon... i wouldn't trust him around anything not bolted to the floor..

you want to ask questions about suspensions, do that in the right forum... and try searching.

The spoon feeding is understood and most pf my questions are based on me looking for opinions of people that have used or seen these products before. My turbo is still ebay until i can afford another (still no shaft play and works fine) my mechanic is trusted by many (EX hot boy like i mentioned) and hes actually done an excellent job

no, i see it on my iphone at least. go to the forced induction threads, see where it says "threads in forum: forced induction" ? look literally right above it. there will be a button saying new topic. click it....
