Were a couple guys from Kelowna B.C Canada. We love Japan and everything about it hence the dumb JDM squat at the begining of this video. Even tho im a racer at heart we change things up a bit and laugh about Japanese culture and wanting to live there This is some footage from Mission raceway in Vancouver. 4 hours south of me its the only place I can get close to for a track. Other than Spokane Raceway in the States. The only other event I do is the Knoxmtn hillclimb here in Kelowna

Blue Ridge Region SCCA had a 2 day event, Saturday a PAX Challenge, and Sunday a regular AutoX with a College Challenge mixed in. In regards to the college challenge VA schools with car/motorsports clubs were invited to come out and participate, using the top 3 drivers from the schools avg PAX time, I was with Madison Motorsports (James Madison University, Im an Alumni). Other schools involved, were Liberty University, Virginia Tech, George Mason, Virginia Commonwealth, University of VA, and Old Dominion University.

As a note, I just picked this car up a few months ago from a Friend and NASA HPDE Instructor and member here.

My first time driving the car, literally, was on the trip to this event, I had never driven the car aside from pulling it in and out of my garage. Thus making Saturday my first autoX and first time driving a FWD car in an autoX. I gotta say, it was a freaking blast, im pretty happy with the setup at the moment, handles way better then my previous car (1999 Eclipse GSX).

I ended up screwing myself, by classing in SM FWD - TIRE, not knowing that TIRE would be my main class. So, I finished 3rd in TIRE, (which is judged by PAX). But, unless I am mistaken, I would have had first in SM FWD, by approx 1 sec, had I not registered in TIRE .
