Default Are my Skunk2 pro 2 cams no good? pics inside.

Whats up guys I'm actually working on putting my build thread together but I have a question about these cams. I got them for a good price and they looked good when i picked them up, but apparently I didn't look at them good enough because when I got them home one of my friends noticed a nick in one of the lobes. uughh I was told they will eat up my rockers but just trying to see what you guys think.

It makes me wonder how this even happened

It shouldn't pose a problem...sand it down slightly..

That looks like something that may have happened during the manufacturing process. As long as there's no raised edge on the flat surface of the lobe, it shouldn't cause a problem.

Yeah it looks like a clean cut rather than a jagged nick that would do damage.

What did you do with yours? did you run it or or get a new cam?

And theres nothing to catch my fingernail on its like a straight cut.

cam is fine man even if they would replace it (which they want with out a receipt) it wouldnt be worth the trouble to send back . By looking at it you shouldnt have to do nothing but run them. Also like everybody else has stated run your finger over the part of the lob that touches the rocker if you feel something sand it off the cam is fine. Some cams lobs are half that wide if that makes you feel any better so it beinf 20 thousand narrower right there isnt going to matter.
