Still no luck on any spots?I'm gonna check out a restaraunt called Jonnies Broilers in south gate/paramount..I see alot of lowrider,bomb cruise nights, meets don't see why we can't.I'll c what's up

Clipsed is trying to get the approval.

 

Sup peoples ..I went to Bobs Big Boy broiler (was called johnies broiler) and they gave me the aproval to have the EF meet..it has a oldskool vibe,bout 50car parking lot..real proper spot..so no bbq would be needed jus support the broiler.lots of classic car meets happen there and the manager was suprised that us oldskool Honda heads wanted to have a meet there..all we need is a date and time to get this started..my sugesto is august ?gives us time to prep our rides and norcal heads could plan a trip..it's in Downey Ca off Firestone blv..near 710 frwy. Give me sum feed back and sorry if I'm steppin on anyones toes jus want this to happen.

strange the last time i seen this location it was half way demolished and fenced up back in 2008...they actually rebuilt it back up...?

 

Nice find, but 50 car parking lot is quite small, isn't it? I mean, they probably have other customers' cars there too. We had more than 50 cars last year.

 

im down with that spot ewok1 the 21st or 28th of august are cool with me they are both on a saturday **** might even give me enough time to paint my ride finally

 

I passed by the spot and counted every parking spot i lost count after 80 and more..this place is made for meets..they were havin a cruise night tonite and there were old bombs Rollin up.there is more then enough parking.the owner said she can reserve our parking.I told her will be expecting 60 to70cars..this location was closed down ,then bought out and reopen by Bobs Big Boy broiler..if anyone lives near buy check it out an c what i'm talkin bout..

 

I went on there website looks pretty cool and the food looks bomb too hahaha just wanted to give my two cents so im down for this spot good job ewok1 for checking out this spot

Yea ef meet only but other cars and people are welcomed to check the meet out.but like every ef meet ur parking will b in da back or in da street..this is done so all ef's have a spot to park..if u or any one has been to a ef meet u should know what I'm talking bout

 

Looks like a cool spot. But I checked the calender and they have events already planned into Aug. Would we be able to squeeze in there?

Jus pm'd clipsed..gonaa see if my spot is gonna work out. I know he was awaiting an approval.but this spot I have is ready jus need to stamp a date and time..July sounds good too.

 

how come you guys just dont show up to this meet they been planing it for more then a month n they seem to have a good number of people atending

entrance to the park is 5 dollars just letting everyone knoe

we will have banners posted so you will knoe where the location of the parking
is at since it is a very big park

please if can bring some donations torwards the bbq note say what ur gonna bring so people can get a idea of what not to bring so we wont have a lot of the same thing

other cars are welcome aslong as u park next or behind the ef/da parking spots we wont make ne one that wants to come hang out feel uncomfortable and like a outkast more than welcome to come hang out with us

please follow all speed limits etc due to there are park rangers and we dont wanna get kicked out
