Thanks for the answer. I am thinking about a Personal wheel with an NSX-R horn button (which is made for a Momo). Would that work without modification?

a lot of personal wheels have a larger horn button hole than momo/sparco one, you have to try...

personally i have fitted a Honda momo horn button on a grinta 350mm without any problem using a momo horn ring

No, but I can have zero blind spots. Sort of important when you've got foot-wide sail panels at your 4 and 8.
