Is the f20c and the f22c heads the same?
Just looking at hondaautomotiveparts.com I see the '02 '04 and '06 cylinder heads have different "Product numbers." I don't think you see the part numbers until you've made a purchase. Just looking at the product numbers though you could probably go into finer detail to see what else is different inside the heads. Valves and whatnot are under other categories.

i checked 00 and 08 heads, they are different part numbers, but they include quite a few other parts so there's no telling if the actual ports or chambers are any different

The F20 and F22 heads are exactly the same up until the Fly-by-wire throttle system was implemented.
The F22 Fly-by-wire head does not have passages in the head for the EGR system.
