I recommend getting 16x7 wheels, not 16x8.
The best matching 16" sizes for Integras are 205/45-16 and 215/45-16. Most 205/45-16 tires are only approved for mounting on rims 6.5-7.5 inches wide, so mounting them on a 16x8 is a no-no. You would be stuck getting 215/45-16 tires, which are approved for 7.0-8.0 inch widths, but this tire size is not that common; you'd be looking at either the fast-wearing but supersticky Falken Azenis RT-615, or some relatively crappy tires. It would prevent you from using many good street tires that are only available in 205/45-16 (not 215/45-16), such as the all-around excellent Goodyear F1 GS-D3, the great bang for the buck Kumho SPT, and, if you need to use these tires in snow, the excellent all-season Kumho ASX.
Stick with 16x7, and you will have a lot more good tires to choose from.

For that to fit you actually need to flare your fenders and slap on 195's because 205;s will rub. I have worked on a da with 205's and his tires were still toasted after a few thousand miles. are you look at the 0 offset? stick with 16x7, having wider rims doesnt mean much if your still going to slap the same width tire on there. Even if that whats your tire selection like......

No one thus far has made any reference to offset. a 8" wheel with 45mm offset is going to "fit" a honda a hell of a lit better than one with 0 offset. the 0 offset super camber Vdub look consists of not caring about tires from the beginning.
search for 0 offset. what do you find? a select few DAs. dc's are more fit to run 20mm offset and that's on a 7" wheel.

You could make a lot of things fit but they would rub or bottom out all the time. So the real question is would it fit without any problems. Your car looking and driving like *** is a big problem.
not a teg, but...

16x8 513 0 offset
205/40/16 bfg gforce kdw2
wicked tuning rear arms, and rolling!
the fronts still need tucked, but ill be using a chassis tech front upper arm kit.
its a lot of work...but doable for sure

Tires sized 205/40-16, which are a bit too small for an Integra, are usually approved for mounting on 16x8 rims. Tires sized 205/45-16, which are the best size for an Integra, are not. (Don't ask me why this is, but that's what the tire manufacturers have specified.)
