^ o ya... put the stiffer springs in the front. thats probably your main problem...

tires also will effect the ride.... the less sidewall you have on the tires the ruffer the ride.

i have my struts set to completly SOFT. stiff wanted to just beat me up while driving on ruff roads!!!!!! also remember concrete almost ALWAYS rides horible!!!!!! so find a smooth pavement road and check out the ride there!

dont expect it to feel like it did stock.LOL theres no way... you might try stock steelies that would give you alot more tire sidewall to smooth the ride out a bit.

also you got the setup.... set the front struts to SOFT and then bounce the front end..... at first my front struts were riding on the bump stops so the ride was HORIBLE!!!! if your gonna lower it to much id highly sugest geting some GC upper mounts! might not help out complelty but every Mm helps when it comes to not bottoming the strut out

Here is your problem.. You have the GCs lowered so much that they arent doing anything and your control arm is bottomed out on the shock tower. raise it about 2-2.5 inches and you should notice a difference

you will notice a big difference, you cant be slammed and not say its going to ride like **** unless you have hella baller suspension. raise it up a few and you will like the ride more but the down side is that it will not be slammed.. its a trade off kinda lol

i have 500 front 550 rear...all firm up front all soft in the rear...lowest perch on front with an inch and a quarter to go...rear is on the TOP perch also about an inch and a quarter to go...ride pretty damn good!..annd i want an even better ride so im getting 375 REAR spring rates...

well basically when i did all my research i came to the conclusion to get 450f/500r and i guess ground control or eibach or whoever thmotorsports had to order them from took it upon themselves to send 375f/500r, so i prolly will swap them to front and put 375 in rear..

and i figured out my problem, the bottom bushing for the gc tophats was underneath the washer instead of on top...
tada, fixed...
now my problem is uca's and it bounces wayyy tooo much!!!!!!
bangs strut tower alot!

It will look the same as everything else...

when you lower ground controls all the way down all you do is move the spring so far down it wont compress and becomes useless because the upper control arm bottoms out on the shock tower.

I dont care if you have coil overs or bags, its only gonna go so low before the control arms bottom out...

This is how my car sits now

And this is how close the control arm is to the shock tower

yea i have 95 accord with GC coilovers on kyb agx, my spring rate is 450 in the front and 350 in the rear. And my car ride like **** slammed. I tried to play with the soft and stiff on the shocks but it still rides bad. should i have it full stiff in the front and soft in the rear. My buddies 4 door gsr have the same setup slammmed and his car rides 10x's better than mine.

You try turning it all the way then looking to see what may be rubbing?

Not yet, car is too low to get under it when its turned and if I jack it up and turn it, it will take the load off so that wont work either.

It also does it on both sides not just one or the other

Not sure how well this would work but try jacking it up take a wheel off then use another jack to jack up the control arm and raise the hub back up

yeh that might be an idea that would work, I guess I can also feel the back lip of the rim to see if that is what is rubbing or not

put your car on jackstands and place the jackstands under your lower control arms.
