Default Quick question on choosing a alarm/remote start

Hey guys- I am looking to do a full out stealth install into my 94 Civic. With that being said, its time to look for a model. I have always been a DEI fan when I was a installer, and plan on going DEI- if not im going compustar. Here are my 2 questions-

I find it terribly annoying when someones phone rings in class. I dont want my pager beeping while im class, at work, or anything- Id much rather have it set on vibrate or something along those lines- Any current models have a vibrate mode??

I plan on definately using a 520t, but can it be used with a compustar, or is it DEI only?

From what I've read DEI>Compustar

Didn't compustar have some serious security issues? I believe some recent models fixed this... I don't know much on the issue. Someone with more knowledge should chime in.

Not aware of any pagers with a vibrate only mode.. anyways, the beeping is nothing like a cell going off. You think vibration alone is enough to effectively alert you?

I think that it should be plenty- I mean its getting to the point where im changing my daily habbits for the car-
Isnt a car supposed to benefit you, not hurt you?

With that being said Im going to have to really look into this- hope to hear input from more

And thats why I would bear the children of FCM

With that being said, Im going to look at some Compustar products- Id prefer a compustar anyways because of the manual remote start feature, as well as the quality- Only issue I see is compatibility with a 520t - Will that pose any problems to me?

Not positive, but it should work, power gets cut triggering the backup batt. neg.(-) trigger output, [connected to relays #86] the relay would energize, backup batt. 12V+ output is now connected to alarms power. 94

The DEI SST models have a vibrate mode.

On the 5900 if you want to use the backup battery, wire it into the ALARM power wire, not the remote start relay pack power.

hm good info- I used to sell/install these things at CC but dont remember a thing about them Install shouldnt be a issue tho- its like riding a bike

EDIT-
Just read the manual. It seems like its a silent mode for the siren on the alarm?
I am looking to silence the keyfob or at least put it into a vibrate mode
