I've personally run 205/40/17 and 215/45/17 but had to roll the lip in the rear quater panel and a little bit on the front fenders.
205/40/17 is all you really need IMO.
yeah. i like the front lip i have. i try to stay different in any way possible even if it means looking a bit like a ricer. i've grown tired of seeing the same ol things like the regular itr, mugen, and spoon lips. but anyways here are a couple of other cars i've owned in the the past couple of years
Im all about being different thats why Im doing my car the way I am and keeping the 94-97 front since everyone does the 98-01 or jdm front, and why I have the wheels I do and doing the brake setup Im doing, But Its not that the lip looks ricey it just looks rediculously huge compared to everything else on your car. Other than that the rest looks great.

I think the offset will work out well with them being 17s. I think it will keep them in the fenders better and allow me to be a bit lower with them. The pic above is of the same offset so which means there will be a lip on them of some sort. Nothing major, just right. I really fell in love with the wheels when I first saw them. I actually bought them by "mistake" last night. They were on eBay for buy it now/OBO and I submitted an offer. 10mins later I got an email saying I had purchased the wheels. OOPS! More than I had planned for wheels but I feel I will like them. Def outside "the box" and outside the norm of 15s and 16s. I have never seen them on a Honda/Acura on here and have mostly seen them on Nissans etc. Hopefully it turns out as nice looking as I see them in my head
Back to my taillights. In previous pages, I was informed that my thinking between JDM and USDM DB taillights was wrong. I thought the darker ones were the JDM and the lighter ones were the USDM. My reason for this is that the darker ones I have have a block off plate for the outer most parking light on both of the outer lights and the lighter ones have a spot for the outer light to go in.
Now, I am 100% sure that with DC JDM taillights, they do not have the outer parking lights and they are also darker for the border areas. Why would Honda/Acura made a complete switch of this for the DBs making the lighter ones "JDM" w/ outer parking lights and darker ones USDM w/ no outer parking lights?

where did you get the black carpet from? and what kind of mat did you use to place under your carpet and where did you get it?
btw looking really good!
Please dont quote so much next time just delete everythign but what you want a pic of.
You can just buy 4dr rear leather seats they came in black, grey or tan black are very very hard to find. Grey are decently hard to find tan pretty easy to find. This has all been discussed recently in here.
The carpet has been also discussed sometimes going through and taking the time to read everything benefits you a ton everything I have done to my car pretty much has been discusses at some point. The carpet came from a 4dr integra. I also got the rear leather seats door panels and armrest from the same car. These are all very very hard to find and to find this all in good shape is even harder.
You have a couple options
option1 try and find one of these integras which is very hard
option2 buy what you are looking for off someone else which is prolly just as hard
option3 dye your carpet dark grey or black and get your own interior rewrapped in leather the dyeing the carpet isnt expensive but rewrapping is
I actually have my rear leather seats for sale but shipping would probably be a beast I just cleaned them up also and they came out quite nice.....

Either way good luck on your search thats what makes in fun is finding the parts and then putting them in.

Whats that do? Is that like dynamat for your entire car or something?

Got a quick question for you guys.....have any of you guys removed the heavy metal plates under the rear seat in a DB8 before? I noticed mine while doing an alarm install and wondered if it hurt anything by just removing them.
yes its like dynamat just not as expensive and not as nice but for a fraction of the cost thats why im doing 2 layers. Im only doing it to get rid of road noise and exhaust noise I like my car nice and quiet.
Its for bracing the frame why would u want to remove them anyways?
. . .
Nice do you got a link for that stuff?

I honestly can't explain why your 98+ "jdm" tail lights does have a hole for the small bulb for the very outside of the lights. Mine don't. Hope this helps...

IMG_4664 by tegpower18, on Flickr[/img]how much are you selling yours for?
heres a visual for reference regarding our tail lights...Again, ALL JDM tail lights regardless of year don't have reflectors at the end of the tail light.

My taillight "inventory" starting from driver outside -> passenger outside:
- DS Outside = 1 light, 1 dark
- DS Inner = 1 light, 1 dark
- PS Inner = 1 light, 1 dark
- PS Outside= 1 dark, 1 dark
I do not, I BELIEVE, have a USDM and JDM taillight for the pass. outside light. I will post pics of what I have at some point to see if you guys can tell the difference between the two pieces I have. If this is the case, the JDM lights are an incomplete set and pretty much useless
