Default Warning! I Kick Squirrels

I purchased a set of Volk TE37's through I Kick Squirrels(Jared Whitehead) of South Carolina and received them in damaged condition. The wheels were shrink wrapped to a pallet, but there was no cardboard between the wheels and so metal rubbed on metal. Every lip is damaged and at a minimum needs to be powdercoated. I have quotes for over $400 to fix them, but I have a friend who would do it for $250, so that's what I asked for. I offered to pay for the new Volk stickers as well. Initially he reluctantly agreed, however after a couple weeks he still had not paid and had no idea when/if he would ever pay and he stopped responding. I gave him a deadline(1 month after I bought the wheels) and no payment was received and now I get no response. Now I have a set of damaged wheels that were supposed to be ready to bolt on.

To make the story more interesting, I Kick Squirrels was representing he was the owner of the wheels, but he said he wasn't the owner and his brother(Josh) was the one I paid through Paypal.

Why not post up some pictures of the wheels or screen shots of these conversations/emails?
