I paid him in full for an ATI damper, and 2 months later still have not recieved it. keeps giving me the run around not responding to emails or texts. Told me he sent it more than once but cant provide a tracking number. obviously he took advantage of me because im deployed and could not see when or IF it came in the mail. I filed a dispute, Im deployed and didnt know you only had 20 days to file a claim on an open dispute or it would close. I cant open another dispute for some reason.
