ok heres the deal, over the summer i saw Fred had a set of racing hart c5's in his shop just sitting down so i asked him how much he wanted for them, he said give him $500 n i said cool. now i live overseas n he came to tune my friends car so i asked him if he still had the c5's he said yes he said he wanted the same 500 so i gave him 500 the same day he left and he said he would have them shipped the same weekend, this was in the begining of november and it is now february and still no rims or my money.

The weekend he reached back to florida i called n asked him if he shipped out the rims he said no cause someone broke into his shop n he was dealing with that so i said ok. next few days i called again n asked if he got to ship off the rims he said no he was busy. Then he stopped answering my calls n texts. bout 3 weeks of callin n texting n getting no replys, he changed his number and moved his shop to a new location.

I told my friend that lives up in florida about the situation n he got the new number for fred so now im calling the number n he doesnt pick up so my friend calls him a few minutes later n he picks up. after my friend tells him that he's gonna pick up the rims for me fred refused to give him the address for the new shop and told him he would meet up wit him to give him the rims but he would call him back to set up the time, Fred never calls back or answers his phone calls
