Default complaint by yours truly

i have had a few issues that have never been resolved by pay pal and here on honda tech. i am writing this to the general sales community as well as honda tech because i feel it is the right thing to do. some may have negative feed back or positive feed back( i hope for the most part ) but i am doing this for the right reasons and for what it is worth. regardless of weather i get banned or weather i stay on here. im writing this because i feel it is the right thing to do.

i was recently quoted for selling parts not described as sold. this is still in dispute with paypal.

this dispute was taken care of minus the personal issues resolved off of this site, thank you to those who did not bring it on here, and thank you to those who kept it through text msg and the sales went well. i am doing this because there are a few questionable sales i have done that the said buyer(s)(which were 2 one in the past and one current) were unsatisfied due to lack of studying of said provided pictures before and after said sales were made.

all im saying is im trying to be honest and fair in this business. if i get banned so be it, if im still on here, thank you.

So do you admit to using brass synchros instead or carbon? Cause if you did that's jacked up and shady business practices. You always answer that question indirectly. We dont care if it's being disputed with paypal, we need to know the truth.

i was not referring to that particular situation, i am not admitting to anything BECAUSE i honestly cannot remember that far back as well as i have switched accounts on paypal. so i have no recollection of which were ordered nor do i have any paperwork supporting what was installed. i could call my supplier and ask but that was last years sales and im not sure about how my supplier keeps their paperwork on file.

now if you want to put words in my mouth and expect me to agree with your actions, thats where i draw the line. i will not allow any one to jump on a bandwagon and point fingers at me because hearsay is the only backing support they have to be on said bandwagon.

Do you have memory loss or something? This is a FORUM. We can only go by pictures, text, and what other people tell us. If you can't handle the internet, deal with people directly. Also, last time I remember, there was an actual picture as proof of brass synchros and last time I checked, that's not "heresay". If it was an honest mix up and you run a legitimate business, at least admit to your faults like an adult. You're only human and nobody is perfect, but being in denial because you were caught and wont man up to admit it is where you fail. Maybe you should be banned since you can't handle business appropriately and blame "how long ago" and your "strict policy on opening transmissions". People have the right to see what the hell their money is going towards. I don't see where this is asking too much.

well lets get back on the topic of said broken synchro. that was a synchro for second gear correct? lets re-confirm that. below is the said picture you were mentioning:

thats what you were quoting as being the second gear synchro being broken correct? are you sure you want to stand behind the fact that was infact the said broken synchro that was in that transmission or was that just something you were jumping on the bandwagon and mentioning? or whats the term we were using? oh ya hearsay. ya thats the term.

now let me show YOU a picture of a just now opened second gear synchro that ive had sitting on my shelf. and for the record, this is for a b16/itr 2nd gear. which was what was installed and requested by said owner(b16 2nd gear) on to the pictures.

nice and shiny, clearly visable. now that we have that brought up and on topic, i want to take a step back and do a little comparison. since you mentioned this is a FORUM and correct me if i am mistaken, i believe the forum will be able to see this response.

i want to do a little comparison. and ill add when i deem needed. take a pic of the said synchro you mentioned

now take a look at mine again

synchros right? now look at this

and this

now you tell me what ive done wrong. and stay off the bandwagon of mentioning pictures when you respond. ill be waiting for your reply.

ill even make it clear. THAT IS NOT MY WORK. i was quoted for having a SECOND GEAR synchro on a b16 second gear break. that is a non vtec sohc or non vtec dohc synchro. the 3 piece synchro has a ribbed interlocking piece on top of the synchro which is CLEARLY not in the picture above.

the fact of the matter is you aren't supposed to be hosting anything remotely close to a business enterprise here unless you want to sponsor the forum.

this has come up before with you. amirite?

are you or are you not continually selling transmissions and/or actively performing for-profit transmission work on this forum without sponsoring it?

That synchro broke on its first hard pass in a 10-11 second SOHC. I deleted the folder of the pics of the rebuild kit I used.

All that attempt for a misdirection for nothing. Learn to read. Pics of your work were never posted. But how you are handling it speaks for itself.

no, i am not. is it against the law to sell a transmission on this forum?

and do you take every play on words literally?

Either way what you posted sh!ft is not a carbon synchro but a common brass synchro...chew on that! Pictures speak for themselves...

yes this is true. it IS a brass synchro that i just took out of the package, the same day those pictures were taken. what is your point?

if you are stating there were carbon synchros in the transmission i built, please point out where i said i installed carbon synchros because i am still trying to figure out what i installed in the transmission. again, stay off the bandwagon
