I recently had a regrettable experience with Honda Parts Now, which, as it turns out, operates under the same management as Auto Parts Prime. After placing an order (Order Number: CH131104940), I received incorrect parts and immediately contacted them for an exchange. To my disappointment, my request was denied. This issue escalated when I approached Auto Parts Prime and discovered I was missing another part from my order.

During my communications with both entities, I realized I was speaking to the same representative at both companies. Some digging revealed that these two are indeed the same business, which might explain the similar pattern of poor customer service. It appears that Auto Parts Prime, known for its low ratings, has launched Honda Parts Now possibly as a strategy to escape their bad reputation.

This experience cost me $200 and a lot of frustration. I learned a valuable lesson: always read reviews and research a company thoroughly before making a purchase. Potential buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this company or its affiliates.
