let me start by telling yah i paid the kid n waited 3 weeks for the mirrors before calling him to ask about them. i paid fore so kid gives me all type of bullshit about the block off plate for the mirrors he said i had to wait so i tell him i will wait .2 weeks go by still nothing i even posted it on _HANS post yah can go see it on his post i never got the mirrors

so after a month an some i told my boy to cancel the order from his credit card n get my money back. so my boys does that n the bank gives him my money ._HANS then starts texting me asking me for more money for another pair.Ignored it n bought some real vision type dc mirrors nah his mad posting that iam a scammer if i was a scammer i whould of never bought the real ones that cost me twice the price he wanted for his

just look at the mirrors the purchase from a fellow h-t member

sirp617, you have a few problems that you need to address immediately.

1. the first post makes absolutely no sense.

2. the person you are accusing has proof that you are actually the scammer, whereas you have nothing other than this impossible-to-understand thread.

it is my personal opinion that you are barking up the wrong tree here and in fact owe money to _HANS.

we are monitoring this thread for progress. please straighten out this situation with _HANS now.

What a dolt. Everyone and their mother knows _HANS here and every other enthusiast site on the web. He has so much to lose from scamming someone where you have nothing to lose. Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

you do understand that _HANS has proof posted in this very thread that he sent them, right? i'll break this down for you since you seem to have missed it: _HANS proved he sent them, you didn't get them, which means _HANS OBVIOUSLY isn't a scammer. it means either 1. the USPS messed up in some way or 2. YOU are the scammer.

_HANS did what he was supposed to.

the only thing i would have done differently, which i personally do with anything i send out to people unknown, is get delivery confirmation.

i'm changing the title of this thread to reflect the facts.

 

like i said i never recieved them i waited 2 months i even posted on his add that i has still waiting for them he kept telling me it was the company making the mirrors taking too long i told him i will cancel the order n he kept telling me to just wait so i waited still nothing just go back on his add n read my comments unless he got rid of it already then u tell me if i scammed him

dude i bought the real ones on here for $500 n had no issues with the other member they came in 3 days after i paid the member

but he shipped them. he posted images of the receipt. that is proof that he shipped them, is it not? if it isn't, let everyone know why it isn't. you titled this thread originally that he is a scammer. how is he a scammer if he has proof he sent you mirrors and you got your money back? he is now out of a set of mirrors because of you and you got your money back.

he didn't do anything to the original thread - staff removed it because it was a commercial thread. i reviewed it and i see your posts but that doesn't matter - he has proven he sent them. again, i'll say it AGAIN - IF HE PROVED HE SENT THEM ABOVE HOW CAN YOU MAKE A THREAD CALLING HIM A SCAMMER?

also, who did you buy the mirrors from that you are showing in the pictures? you said you bought them for 500 dollars and received them within 3 days. who was that member?

 

Good stuff right here. I did have to wait longer than I wanted to for the mirrors to come because according to _HANS, ICB sent him the wrong baseplates and his supplier was having issues filling his order, but once he gave me a tracking number I got them a few days later. How is he a scammer if he shipped the mirrors AND gave you a refund?

And another thing... he didn't even accept PayPal because he was dealing with your BS. I SENT _HANS A CHECK IN THE MAIL. IF HE WAS A SCAMMER HE COULD'VE EASILY TAKEN MY MONEY. Something doesn't quite add up here.

Put me down as another RECENT vouch for _HANS (as if he needs any more).

Met HANS through the local scene years ago. Good guy, bought a few things off of him and never had any issues. His reputation speaks for itself, and it's pretty obvious that he shipped the mirrors AND refunded the money.

Sounds like the only thing HANS is guilty of is not getting delivery confirmation to protect himself. :/

OP, you should be taking this up with USPS. If what you say is true, then they lost the package.

 

This stuff makes me never want to buy another thing online. Hans you are a respected member of this community and I hope you get everything back.

i tried and paypal locked my account and refunded him automatically for some reason. i wrote into them and faxed them reciepts and they couldnt do anything for me they said. thats why i hate paypal. ithink you get 90 days to dispute and its way over that. im beat, i honestly can say i never have been scammed, ripped off or anything on this forum, ebay etc but i have this time. i believe in karma and he will get his. he needs the money anyways, look at that hatchback that thing is embaressing haha. thanks for the positive feedback, makes me relize there still are awesome people on this forum!

 

still waiting on a response to this from the OP. he logged on after this post was made yet ignored this. i need to see information on this transaction pronto.
