Default suspected scammer?

i got an email.. some guy from west africa wants to buy my fpr... here is my reply and his first email..

$110 plus shipping.. there is a brand new diaphragm in there which costed me $25.. they go for 170-180 brand new and now this is basically a new unit... it has minor cosmetic flaws but that goes with being used.. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=756524

there are pictures at that website... and i will not, i repeat, will not take money orders larger than the amount of the product..

I got one yesterday from him and another one from someone named Mac Davis on Thursday.
I told them I was going to turn them into the FBI and haven't heard from them again.
Stupid Izasshizoles trying to scam people!!! They found me from Thepartstrader.com, Thats the only place I have the parts they requested.

Here's the convo. I had with "him"

BTW: I was only asking $115 + S&H for my item that is for sale, and your offering me $100 extra???? Yeah right!

Thanks for the information of the item , the price and condition is
okay by my client and ready to purchase asap, i will offer you $215 (U.S DOLLARS)
and i will need the recent picture so that i can know what i am
actually purchasing,i want you to delete the ad from the website, i
have a reputable shipper in london that will take care of shipping
from your end and i want to let you know i have an associate in the
state that is oweing me a sum of $4,500 i will instruct him to issue
you a certified cashier's cheque on my behalf for that amount and as
soon as cheque
arrives, you hold out your amount and send the difference to my
shipper in the U.K for the pick up in your location, i hope i can
trust
you with my balance and also you will be contacting my shipper with
all neccesary information needed for pick up in your place i.e the
actual weight and exact dimension of the item. if this terms are okay
by you, do get back to me with the following details like this :-
