SCAMMER/CAR THIEF/PAYPAL FRAUD ALERT - Thong Pham aka "Mr. Tech" from Fresno, CA
 

Here is the story. I sold my set of Skunk2 Pro1 cams to user "Mr. Tech" for $450, via PayPal. He sent the payment from andysservice@hotmail.com, and everything went through fine, and complete. So I ship out my cams, and as the day he receives it, I receive an email saying that they retracted the payment, due to fraudulent funds. So here I am, assed out $450. He kept in good contact with me while PayPal was investigating the payment, but after the payment was officially retracted from my account, he stopped responding. UPDATE!!!!

Received a $340 payment via PayPal from Mr. Tech. The payment came from a verified account and provided a confirmed address with seller protection policy eligible. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif He says he will get me the remaining $100 in a couple of weeks when he gets his next paycheck. This thread has been brought to my attentio and seiously i should have acted on it sooner, paypal DID say the transactions were under investigations and it was part of a "Randomly Screened" transaction. And so their payments which have been already sent and processed were put on hold for a long time (they said up to 10 days) and now after 10 days have decided to return ME the money, which means i received their items, BUT paypal decided to give me a refund which i need to refund them back ASAP. i for one know alot about mr thong , more than he would ever know . like where he works , the resturant his parents own , where he lives and what he drives. as well as the crew he rolls with mr phams criminal record. so if he doesnt resolve this soon , IT WILL GET RESOLVED BY OTHER MEANS.

maybe its time for the SoCal crew to wipe the dust of the the knuckle dusters and pay him a visit. It'll get resolved one way or another. To scam someone from the same community is just wrong.

Just an update on my situation...

Mr.Tech has sent me a pending Paypal eCheck refund today. Once this clears within about 3 days, he'll be taken off my black list and I'll rescind my gripes about our transaction.

Same thing happeaned to me.

Long story short, this lowlife hacked into this chicks mobile phone, used her AIM to contact me and made the deal. He sent me the money for my retrofitted HID headlights, then asked for a refund cause he flaked. I sent him his money back, 4 days later I get an email from paypal saying that someone unauthorized to use that account used it to pay me, so they took the money back. Of course this is after I already refunded him his money. I then contacted him on AIM, turns out its this one chick that had no clue how her mobile phone and home PC got hacked into and the feds are still working on it. I gave her all the info I know and wished her good luck. So I contact paypal and told them the story, they got my money back within 1 day. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif for paypal. NEVER thought some guy would hack into a mobile phone and use it as communication, then hack into a paypal account and use it to pay me.
