ok he JUST pm'd me after i had made this scammer post....here is what he has to say

(4:31 PM 7/12/2004): The paypal that you sent you too was mine, duece ask me to use my account and has not yet to pick the money up yet, you have not been scammed, I have just not been able to ship, well actual I forgot it was a used a exhuast sitting with some others. so I take full blame for the latbest of you product. I will have it shipped out tommarow morning any other question feel free to call me .. I guess next time I should let people take care of thier own private sales and not get get in the middle of things. well ttyl

the only reason i posted this is because ive gotten a ticket because i have no muffler at all on my car, and i just really feel this is a bad bad sale. i bought this muffler over a month ago by PAYPAL, so there was no time in waiting for a MO or check to clear or anything like that, it should have been sent out the next business day man, u know, im just tired of waiting, and if posting up that u scammed gets me my muffler or my money back then so be it, as long as something gets done.
Like i said, as soon as i get one or the other i ll have the post deleted. im just tired of waiting.

 

yeah i told u once before and said it again next time imma do the shipping myself this was the first item I sold on here and didnt mean for it to turn out like this.

 

i know dude..and from what u tell me its not ur fault, but still...we should have been on the ball from the start. i know stuff can take a little while to ship, but over a month is a little too long. i was expecting 2 weeks tops for it to be here...im just waiting for the money or the muffler to get here...and like i said as soon as i get one or the other i ll have the post deleted, and i ll even explain to everyone on ur vouch thread the situation that happened...im just hoping everything clears up

didnt get nada, said it was going out 2day air from Los Angeles CA, to Modesto CA, and thats just a 6 hour drive. i should have went down there and picked it up, would have saved on the shipping and all the hassle.

Now im going to have a race on parts to see what gets here first.
I bought a pair of weapon R brackets off EBAY (best place in the world) and they are from San Francisco, so lets see what gets here first.....
any bets guys ?

duece was the seller, and apparently spark racing was the shipper/ banker....my beef was originally with duece, but i guess now with both of them, since spark didnt ship that muffler out yet, and duece wasnt on his *** about it...
