I had to deal with this same crap when i bought my wheels, seller told me they were mint, with a few little chips, i got them and they were spray painted, stained and were missing more paint than what was on them. But i was screwed because he did say that they had chips.

the picture on your for sale thread doesn't show anything of the interior of the flap. All though you claimed to be in good condition those flaps pictured above, don't meet your statement about the condition of them...
Refund the money and call it a day!

Dude, I sold my old set not too long ago to another member for less than that and they were in much better condition minus the dust/dirt...

Yo... his not tryina make extra money off of you!! He is simply saying refund his money (which is what he paid you + the paypal fee) and extra $10 (which he also paid you to ship him the mudflaps). So if we add em all up he paid what you asked for the mudflaps+paypal fee+Shipping!! Refund all that and you'll get your mudflaps back and he'll have his money back(which he deserves back cause those things are not 9/10). So what I'm trying to say is...his not making extra 10 bucks out of you cause his using that money to ship the flaps back to you!!

 

GIVE HIM HIS $$$ BACK, you lied about the condition, you tried to get everything you could out of him. You charged him $25 to ship them to you. He only wants $10 to ship them.

Also he said you could keep the extra $10, and he would throw them away, because they are trash.

You lied, scammed, and now you are trying to scam him again, by trying to get him to pay for shipping back to you, and you will prolly NOT give him a refund once you get them based on your previous lies.

He obviously did NOT make a hasty decision buying the flaps, based on all the times he asked youj their condition. Just because you sell something AS-IS doesnt give you the right to screw someone over.
