I bought this turbo https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2301928 from Anthony Guevara (user name 96int3gra) a few weeks ago and in the process of shipping, it was lost by ups. So we had to go through a whole bunch of **** that ups makes you do if a package is lost and they came to the conclusion that it was in fact lost/stolen. When he shipped me the package I told him I wanted it shipped priority and that was the agreement. He shipped it ground which first was bullshit because he agreed to ship it differently, and now he has blocked me from instant messages on this site. UPS is giving him a refund for the amount he insured it for and I am not getting [freak]ed for the 250 that I paid for the turbo because he wont contact me anymore so he is making it with almost double. I have already filed a paypal claim, and they have restricted his account until he pays me 250 but they couldn't give me any money because he had no money in his account at the time.

I have emailed him serval times along with almost 10 phone calls and have not heard back from him in almost 2 weeks now. Buyer beware...
