I want to figure out what the best thing to do is.
I have civic si wheels and i either want them powder coated/painted/ or refinished with clear....

reason why is 3 wheels are in perfect condition. 1 wheel is oxidized (seems like it doesnt have clear coat)

what should i do to make the wheels look clean

 

im not trying to jack your thread but does anybody know of a powder coating place in san diego that does fine works for a good price?
