True but it does not need a new laser yet, just maybe, it will play all CD games no matter what, I only have four, that means 46 games to play I will clean the lens and see what happens!

i had a ps2 with a bunk laser...i ditched the dam thing cause the laser was so much. if the laser was good i would buy it only cause of the chip. good luck with the sale!
