I did get one guy selling one. It was totally built up and the guy wanted $2,200 for the shortblock.
http://www.sohfast.com has a b18c1 shortblock, but he wants $1200 for it. I think I can find a better price. Oh, he has a b18c5 shortblock for $1900 as well.
