how exactly does the vtec controller work? is it preset or sumthing?

Its pretty much plug and play, you plug it in to your ecu and then with the **** on the left side of the box in picture two a light will come on telling you when v-tec hits. then all you do is twist the **** and making the v-tec hit a different places.

The mugen ecu has a little more aggressive setup then the stock PR3. Differnet fuel maps, and vtec cross over. I have a buddy who has it on his first gen B16 and loves it.
